0.25 oz Islay scotch (Laphroaig 10)
1 tsp Luxardo Maraschino
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Fee’s west indian orange bitters
shake vigorously with ice
chill cocktail glass, cut supreme of Mandarin orange, rub rim of glass with skin of orange, drop supreme in glass, fill, serve.
